Seoul bicycle and PM safety education
Seoul posts 2026 bicycle and PM safety education sessions through the Seoul Lifelong Learning Portal.
Quick Verdict
Useful if you are new, rusty, or switching between bikes and PM devices in Seoul.
Not a substitute for paying attention outside.
What Seoul Lists
Seoul’s 2026 notice covers bicycle and personal mobility safety education. It is aimed at Seoul citizens aged 13 and older.
The bicycle part covers basic rules, fines, accident examples, bike checks, riding method, and emergency response. The PM part covers similar ground for personal mobility devices.
Dry, but not pointless.
How To Apply
Use the Seoul Lifelong Learning Portal and search for “자전거 교육” before choosing a session.
The city notice says schedules can change, so check the actual portal listing before planning around a date.
Useful Details
Seoul says completion benefits include a Ddareungi discount for one year: 15% on regular passes and 30% on day passes.
That is not the main reason to go, but it does make the class less annoying if you already use Ddareungi.
