Seoul scheduled Hannam underpass work for September 7–11. The notice does not confirm reopening.
The announced project covered the Hannam floodgate at 782-1 Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu: replacing the on-site remote control panel and installing a new hoist.
The notice scheduled work from September 7 through 11 and named Bogwang as the nearby alternative. It did not provide a drawn detour or describe conditions between the entrances.
If you use this entrance now, follow current barriers and staff instructions. The passed work dates alone do not establish that the underpass has reopened.

Seoul directed park users to nearby Bogwang underpass during the work. This was an access-point notice; it did not announce a main riverside cycling-path closure.
