Ddareungi compensation coupon must be selected by November 27

Eligible members must select one compensation coupon by November 27 at 23:59, even if they already hold an active or unused pass.

Choose One Pass

The selection period runs from August 26 at 10:00 to November 27 at 23:59. The two options are:

a 1-hour pass valid for 30 days. a 2-hour pass valid for 15 days.

These are alternatives, not a pair. The selected coupon cannot be transferred to another account.

You must make this selection within the same period regardless of whether you currently hold a pass. Missing the selection deadline means the coupon cannot be used later.

Check Your Activation Deadline

The deadline to start the selected compensation pass depends on what you already hold:

No pass: November 27. Active pass: 92 days from the day after that pass ends. Unused pass: the existing pass duration plus 92 days, counted from August 26.

An active pass must finish before the compensation coupon can be used. An unused pass must be started first. If you start the compensation pass before its activation deadline, you still receive the full 30 or 15 days from that start date.

How To Activate It

In the Ddareungi app, follow:

내정보 (My info) → 개인정보 유출 보상 쿠폰 선택 (Choose personal-information leak compensation coupon) → 보유쿠폰 (My coupons) → 사용하기 (Use)

Choose between the two passes by November 27. When your existing pass status allows activation, press 사용하기 only when you are ready: the selected pass begins immediately.
