What To Use
Use the PDF when you want a quick citywide reference or an offline backup.
Use Smart Seoul Map when you need the practical layer: where the bike road actually runs, where facilities are, and whether a district has anything useful nearby.
The Seoul notice also lists offices and tourist-information desks that may distribute printed copies. Do not assume they have stock. This is Korea; call before crossing the city for paper.
